Yoga
|
One on one services are offered in home, for
pregnant women, couples, individuals, families,
seniors and children.
Groups are welcomed, as long as adequate space
is provided. Services are available in person or
by phone interview, which includes Yoga
education, recommendations, planning, 15 minute
check in by phone or email and weekly
Asanas/sessions are emailed.

Corrective Breathing

30 minutes covering the proper way of breathing.
Today many people are inversely breathing-
brought on over time by way of simple stress and
lifestyle.
The purpose of proper breathing is to bring more
oxygen to the blood and brain.
Advanced technique- regarding the throat and
neck glands is also taught nearing the hour. Held in person
or as a workshop to groups or individuals. A very
beneficial teaching- to be carried permanently
through life- enhancing ones lifestyle and
health. Session is conveniently held over phone.
